What we collect

When you request a quote or send us a message we collect what you type in the form: device type, brand, model and condition, your name, mobile number, email address (optional), emirate and area, and your message. We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser, time) to protect the website against abuse.

How we use it

Only to answer your request: to prepare your offer, contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email, and arrange the evaluation and pickup of your device. We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How it is shared

Your request is sent by email to the Tekzo team. Our website and email providers process the data on our behalf only to run this service.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your device data

Please back up and remove your accounts and personal files before handing over a device. Tekzo securely wipes all devices it buys.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@tekzo.ae.
